Richard Dykstra, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting at Sight Sciences, Inc. since January 2022, Richard previously held various roles at Raven Industries, including Controller for both Raven Engineered Films and the Corporate Services Division, where responsibilities included overseeing all accounting functions and month-end close activities. Prior to Raven Industries, Richard was an Audit Manager at RSM US LLP, where a career began as a lead-tax intern, progressing through various audit positions. Richard began a professional career as a Bank Teller at Home Federal Bank and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration from Augustana University (SD).
