Rob Hill

Rob Hill is responsible for leading the international business for Sight Sciences’ glaucoma and dry eye portfolios.

Rob has 25 years experience of successfully launching innovative and disruptive ophthalmic technology in OUS markets with a strong background in product distribution and international sales.

Prior to joining Sight, Rob has held international sales leadership, managing director and CEO roles with multiple multi-national organizations such as IntraLase, Malosa Medical, Calhoun Vision and most recently Avedro. Rob has built a strong personal and professional network of global Key Opinion Leaders and commercial partners while building and managing commercial infrastructure that contributed to the creation of world leading markets for multiple innovation driven enterprises.

Rob brings an extensive amount of leadership and business acumen, specifically in the global markets, to the Sight Sciences leadership team. Rob holds a degree in Business Administration & Finance from Coventry University, UK.
