Stephen Mitchley

Stephen Mitchley is a seasoned sales and operations professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and ophthalmics sectors. Currently serving as the UK Head of Sales & Operations at Sight Sciences, Inc. since April 2021, Stephen has previously held significant roles including National Sales & Marketing Lead for Abbvie’s Xen product in the UK Eyecare division, and various positions at Allergan and Kestrel Ophthalmics Ltd. Stephen's career began at Mölnlycke Health Care as a Specialist Account Manager, with early experience as a Senior Sales Representative at Lundbeck. Stephen holds a Certificate in Professional Marketing from CIM and a Bachelor of Arts in Drama from Nene University College, along with A Levels from Orpington College and several GCSEs from St Dunstans College.
