Ann Rast

Ann Rast has extensive work experience in the optical industry. Ann began their career at Transitions Optical in 2009 as an Optician and worked there until 2013. Ann then joined the Essilor Vision Foundation as an Area Lead and held that position for a year. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Practice Administrator at Walesby Vision Center. In 2016, they joined Gulf Coast Optometry, P.A. as the Director of Operations. Ann then moved on to Argus Dental & Vision, Inc., where they first served as the Director of Clinical Operations from 2017 to 2020, and then as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations from 2020 to 2022. Ann continued their career at Mobile OptiX in 2022 as the Director of Clinical Operations. Currently, Ann is working at Sight360 as the Director of Optical Operations starting from 2023.

Ann Rast completed their education with an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Opticianry/Ophthalmic Dispensing Optician from Hillsborough Community College in 2009. Ann then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Leadership Studies at the University of South Florida from 2013 to 2015. Ann Rast furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management & Marketing from Saint Leo University between 2016 and 2017.
