Tracy Bittner

Tracy Bittner, SPHR, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Tracy began their career at SunTrust Bank Inc. in 2002, where they held various managerial roles focused on HR programs, risk and compliance, and training and development. In 2016, they transitioned to JEB Human Resources Consulting, where they provided consulting services for small to medium-sized companies in various industries. Tracy then joined Ionic Security in 2017 as the Director of Human Resources, where they were responsible for developing and implementing organizational and culture management strategies. Their accomplishments at Ionic Security include implementing employee surveys, coordinating benefit programs, and designing talent management and training plans. Tracy later worked at VIPcare as the Sr. Director of Human Resources and most recently joined Sight360 as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they lead the HR team in delivering comprehensive vision care services.

Tracy Bittner, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from Florida International University - College of Business and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Miami Dade College. Additionally, Tracy has obtained certifications as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, a Computer Nitrox Diver from Scuba Diving International, and a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certified from the Management and Strategy Institute.
