Tracy Michelle Masters, COE, CO, COMT, is an experienced administrator and consultant in the ophthalmic field, currently serving as Administrator at Pasadena Surgery Center since May 2022. Tracy has been self-employed as an Independent Consultant since April 2019, after previously holding significant positions such as Administrative Director at St. Michael's Eye and Laser Institute and Chief Operations Officer at EYE SITE OF TAMPA BAY PA. Notable achievements include developing new management teams, implementing IT solutions for effective communication, and successfully launching an ophthalmic surgical practice. Tracy began the career as a Clinical Supervisor and has an extensive background in ophthalmic medical technology and education from the University of Florida College of Medicine.
