Max Hird

Max Hird began their career in 2013 as an Internship at Ten Zero Limited. That same year, they were also the Director at Cheap Eats Publishing Ltd. In 2014, they joined Atos as a Graduate Solutions Architect and a Solutions Architect (Presales). In 2018, they began working at SightCall, first as the Director, Solutions Engineering UK and then as the Director, Solutions Engineering UK & Northern Europe. In this role, their responsibilities included leading pre-sales activity for SightCall across the UK and Japan, leading all stages of the deal cycle, supporting commercial teams in the pre-sales stage, and managing the integration strategy for clients.

Max Hird completed their secondary education at John Lyon School, Harrow from 2001 to 2008. In 2009, they attended Sophia University's Sophia Summer School Programme (3 Weeks) to study Japanese Politics and Economics. Max then attended Yoshida Japanese Language Institute in 2010 to study Japanese. In 2010, they enrolled at The University of Manchester to pursue a BA (Hons) Philosophy and Politics, with a focus on Analytical Philosophy. During their studies, they also attended Beijing Normal University's Study China Programme (SCP) in 2011 to study Intensive Mandarin. In 2014, they obtained an ITIL Foundation certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
