Séverine Pessah has been working in customer success roles since 2012. Séverine began their career as a Financial & Marketing Advisor at Daxl Financial Services in 2012. In 2014, they moved to Accor as a Loyalty Manager. In 2016, they became a Customer Success Manager at Pricing Assistant. In 2019, they moved to Axway as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are a Senior Customer Success Manager at SightCall, where they are responsible for understanding customer expectations, providing input into the product, marketing and sales process, and providing onboarding, platform end-user training, and post go-live support.

Séverine Pessah obtained their Master's degree in Economics and Management from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) between 2008 and 2012. Séverine then went on to pursue a Master 2 in International Operational Marketing at Université Paris Nanterre between 2012 and 2013. Finally, they completed their Master's degree in Digital Marketing and Project Management at SKEMA Business School between 2014 and 2016.
