Brian Johnson has over a decade of experience in the eye banking field, currently serving as a Surgical Services Technician at SightLife since July 2011. In this role, responsibilities include evaluating tissue using advanced microscopy techniques, processing tissue according to surgeon specifications, and maintaining lab equipment. Additionally, as an Eye Recovery Technician Trainer, Brian oversees the training of new technicians and conducts competency evaluations while ensuring adherence to policies and fostering positive relationships with staff and stakeholders.
