Cathy Stephen

Cathy Stephen is a Global Technical Lead at Sightsavers, bringing extensive experience as a global technical adviser for International NGOs in Africa and South Asia. They have specialized in Social Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC), Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), and Gender and Inclusion, demonstrating expertise in the development of technical guidance, strategic planning, and capacity building. Previously, Cathy served as a WASH Adviser at Plan UK, where they led strategic development and policy for WASH approaches, and held various roles at Oxfam, British Red Cross, World Vision, and Progressio UK. Cathy holds an MSc in Development Studies from SOAS University of London and a Diploma in Water and Environmental Management from Loughborough University.
