Oladele Hanafi, MD, MPH, MSc, GHM, is a public health specialist with over a decade of experience in clinical and global health, focusing on areas such as HIV/AIDS, reproductive maternal neonatal child and adolescent health (RMNCAH), gender-based violence (GBV), and neglected tropical diseases (NTDs). Currently serving as the Programs/Survey Manager for Sightsavers, Oladele leads various projects across multiple African countries, coordinating disease assessments and ensuring compliance with donor expectations. Having held key positions at organizations like Pathfinder International and Jhpiego, Oladele has demonstrated expertise in program management and capacity building within healthcare systems. They hold multiple degrees, including an MSc in Public Health from Bayero University Kano and an MSc in Global Health Care Management from Coventry University. Oladele is also a member of several professional associations, including the Association of Project Management in the UK and the Royal Society for Public Health.
