Ronnie Stapleton

Ronnie Stapleton is the Technical Director of Inclusive Education at Sightsavers, bringing extensive experience in inclusive education both in the UK and internationally. With a solid background in education management, Ronnie previously served as a Headteacher in the UK and Zambia and has held various roles such as Deputy Head Teacher and SNE Adviser. They possess a Master's degree in Development Management and have a keen focus on supporting learners with disabilities in mainstream education settings. Ronnie’s professional history includes consultancy work for schools and NGOs, along with significant contributions to several educational projects across East, Central, and Southern Africa.
