Jason Collins is a seasoned technical and security leader currently serving as the Director of Cloud Operations at Sightview Software, focusing on AWS cost optimization. Previously, they held the position of VP of Security and Infrastructure at Zeel, where they spearheaded compliance initiatives and modernized the company's infrastructure. With extensive experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure management, and education, they have also taught various IT courses as an adjunct professor at Ivy Tech Community College-Southeast. Jason's early career included roles at Lockheed Martin, Norton Healthcare, and Charter Communications, where they honed their skills in system administration and network security. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and an Associate's degree in Computer Operations from the University of Rio Grande.
