Melissa Wright, MHA PRS CPhT, currently serves as Vice President of Client Operations at Sightview Software, where leadership focuses on enhancing the client experience through strategic initiatives and partnerships with healthcare organizations. With a strong background in client services and implementation, Melissa has previously held significant roles such as Senior Director of Client Services and Solutions at Sightview Software, Pharmacy Business Coach at Cencora, and various positions at Outcomes® and Behavioral Health Pharmacy Innovations, LLC/Janus RX, LLC. Melissa's educational qualifications include a Master of Health Service Administration from the University of Wyoming and a Pharmacy Technician Diploma from Cape Fear Community College, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
