Suzanne Chadwick

Suzanne Chadwick is an accomplished professional in user experience and human factors with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of User Experience at Sightview Software since April 2025, Suzanne previously held the position of Sr. Director of Human Factors at Fivos, where significant improvements in usability and workflow efficiency were achieved in cardiovascular surgery documentation applications. At The SSI Group, Inc., Suzanne directed user experience initiatives and compliance efforts, resulting in substantial revenue increases and successful government contract adherence. Early career roles include founding a UX team at Surgical Information Systems and evaluating mobile applications at Sprint Mobile. Suzanne holds an MS in Applied Psychology with a focus on Human Factors from Clemson University and a BS in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
