Chuck Smith

Chuck Smith was a Project Controls Department Manager at Sigma Engineers and Constructors and previously managed project controls at Hargrove Engineers + Constructors from 2017 to 2023. With expertise in various engineering design oil and gas projects, they utilized Primavera and Vision for tracking schedules and costs. They served as a Marine Construction Inspector for a $15.5 million coastal restoration project and coordinated a $90 million highway reconstruction project, overseeing quantity tracking, documentation, and communication with stakeholders. Chuck earned a BS in Construction Management from Louisiana State University in 2008.
