Sunitha Baskaran

Sunitha Baskaran has an extensive and diverse work experience. Sunitha began their career at McKinsey & Company, where they served as an Associate Principal, leading teams to solve complex problems for pharmaceutical, medical device companies, and academic medical centers. Sunitha then joined Life Technologies, where they held various leadership roles in strategy and marketing, including Global Marketing Leader and Director of Strategy and Product Management Excellence. Sunitha also worked as an Independent Consultant to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation before moving on to DJO Global as a Senior Vice President, responsible for formulating growth strategies and managing M&A and partnerships. Sunitha then worked at West Health as a Vice President, leading a team to develop innovative healthcare solutions for employers. Sunitha'smost recent role was at Sigma-Aldrich, where they served as Vice President of R&D and Marketing, overseeing global marketing strategy and execution. Throughout their career, Sunitha has demonstrated a strong track record in driving growth, implementing strategies, and leading diverse teams.

Sunitha Baskaran earned a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, from 1987 to 1991. Sunitha later obtained a Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering from Dartmouth College from 1991 to 1996.
