Sofia Sada

Consulting Chef

Sofia Sada is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in both education and restaurant management. Currently serving as a Chef Professor at The Culinary Institute of America since January 2017 and a Consulting Chef at Sigma since January 2021, Sofia has previously held the role of Executive Chef at The Creek Restaurant & Bar and RESTCORP LLC between September 2015 and August 2015. Sofia holds a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from CEC Roccatti, obtained between 2011 and 2014, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Architecture from Tecnológico de Monterrey, completed in 2009. Sofia's educational background also includes a high school diploma from the American School Foundation of Monterrey.
