Sofia Sada is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in both education and restaurant management. Currently serving as a Chef Professor at The Culinary Institute of America since January 2017 and a Consulting Chef at Sigma since January 2021, Sofia has previously held the role of Executive Chef at The Creek Restaurant & Bar and RESTCORP LLC between September 2015 and August 2015. Sofia holds a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from CEC Roccatti, obtained between 2011 and 2014, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Architecture from Tecnológico de Monterrey, completed in 2009.
