Sigma BioVet Sciences provides microbiome & probiotics science, technical writing, expert witness and education services in animal health area.

Our founder and director, Dr. Nihan Marun, is the only expert in the area with double doctorate as DVM and Ph.D. Microbiology. She is bringing almost two decades of global industry expertise.

We are a specialized consultancy focusing on regulatory strategy and claims review to product development, scientific writing, veterinary education, and expert witness work. We help biotech, pharma, and animal health companies get the science right and keep it compliant.

What makes us different? Most consultants know one part of the chain. We have worked across the entire one: bench research, manufacturing, quality, regulatory submissions (FDA-CVM, AAFCO, AFIC, international), product launches across five continents, and the clinical evidence to back it all up. And we translate science into language that companies, vets, pet owners, and regulatory bodies can understand.

Our focus areas: microbiome-based therapeutics, biotic product development and claims substantiation, antimicrobial resistance (One Health), regulatory affairs, veterinary professional training, education, and scientific/medical writing.

If you are building something in this space and want an expert who has actually lived the science for over years, the regulation, and the business side of it... let’s talk.
