Francesca Schultz

Francesca Schultz, JD LLM, is currently the General Counsel - Americas at Hansen Technologies. They have garnered extensive legal experience, including serving as Assistant General Counsel for Capgemini and Legal Counsel at Volaris Group. Francesca has also held various positions in legal practice, such as being an Attorney/Owner at their own law office and a Judicial Law Clerk at the Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas. They are involved in academia as a Business Law Professor at Southern New Hampshire University and facilitate professional development courses at eCornell. Francesca holds a JD from Widener University School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from The University of Alabama School of Law.
