Ajith R.

Ajith R. has over ten years of work experience in Technical Program Management and Software Engineering roles. Ajith began their career in 2007 as a Software Engineer at CenturyLink, where they were responsible for interacting with end users to understand application functionality and navigation flow. In 2011, they moved to GalaxE Solutions as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were the Offshore SME/POC for various JDA modules and all production issues. In 2014, Ajith joined Polycom as a Senior Project Manager and an Intern in the Organizational Effectiveness - PMO. In this role, they were responsible for project planning, budgeting, risk assessment, resource assignments and prioritization, and tracking all activities associated with the multiple product development projects. In 2016, they became a Technical Program Manager at AppDynamics, and then in 2018, they moved to Databricks in the same role. In 2022, Ajith joined Sigma Computing as a Technical Program Manager.

Ajith R. completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from The National Institute Of Engineering, Mysore between 2003 and 2007. Ajith then went on to earn a Master of Science (MS) in Management Information Systems, General from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business between 2013 and 2015. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in SAFe® Agilist (Scaled Agile, Inc., March 2017), Certified Scrum Product Owner (Scrum Alliance, June 2016), Certified ScrumMaster (Scrum Alliance, October 2014), and Six Sigma - Green Belt (KPMG India).
