Andrew Chang

Andrew Chang is an experienced corporate finance professional currently serving as the Head of Corporate Finance & Strategy at Sigma since 2025. Previously, Andrew held various roles at Box, including Chief of Staff to the Co-founder/CFO, and served as a Staff member in Corporate Tax at EY. Andrew's early career includes working as an Accounting Teaching Assistant at UC Santa Barbara. Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is pursuing an MBA at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
