Arielle Williams is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in various roles related to talent acquisition and employee engagement. Currently serving as an Early Career Recruiter at Sigma since March 2025, Arielle previously held key positions at Ripple, including Senior Recruiter and University Recruiter, where significant contributions were made to intern program management.
