Jill Parma has a wealth of experience in customer success, business development, and product management. Jill began their career in 1997 as a Program Coordinator for the Women's Center at Southern Methodist University. In 1999, they became the Director of the Mobile Health Department at Methodist Health System, where they managed the operational functions of the department, prepared budgets, and provided B2B sales and account management for health screenings, clinics, and campaigns. In 2002, they became the Campus Director of Brandman University, part of the Chapman University system, where they managed daily operations, prepared and oversaw budgets, and developed and executed enrollment plans. In 2006, they became an Adjunct Faculty at Chapman University, teaching both on-ground and online classes in introductory psychology and health care administration. In 2013, they became the Product Director at Krisstina.com, where they oversaw all operations, budget, and product development. In 2014, they became the Principal Consultant at Parma Enterprises, LLC, providing consulting for various education-technology companies. In 2015, they became the Senior Partner Success Consultant at Civitas Learning, where they managed a multi-million dollar client portfolio and developed and lead strategic enablement plans. In 2019, they became the Senior Principal Success Manager at Tableau, where they managed the customer lifecycle within an enterprise portfolio and mentored account managers. In 2022, they became the Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise at Sigma Computing, where they work closely with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities.

Jill Parma attended Southern Methodist University from 1991 to 1993, where they earned a BA in Psychology/Anthropology. Jill then went on to Texas Woman's University from 1995 to 2002, where they earned an MS in Health Studies. Finally, they attended Chapman University from 2004 to 2006, earning an MA in Psychology.
