Jill Parma has a wealth of experience in customer success, business development, and product management. Jill began their career in 1997 as a Program Coordinator for the Women's Center at Southern Methodist University. In 2019, they became the Senior Principal Success Manager at Tableau, where they managed the customer lifecycle within an enterprise portfolio and mentored account managers. In 2022, they became the Senior Customer Success Manager, Enterprise at Sigma Computing, where they work closely with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities.

Jill Parma attended Southern Methodist University from 1991 to 1993, where they earned a BA in Psychology/Anthropology. Jill then went on to Texas Woman's University from 1995 to 2002, where they earned an MS in Health Studies. Finally, they attended Chapman University from 2004 to 2006, earning an MA in Psychology.
