Sr. Manager, Operations at Sigma Computing

Karen Mesrobian has had a varied and successful career, starting with their role as Chairman of Cal Poly Associated Students, Inc in 2011. In this role, they oversaw the daily tasks of a 7-person board, planned and executed the opening of a newly constructed $72 million Recreation Center, and organized and executed multi-day training seminars. In 2012, they became Product Manager at Artemis Olive Oil (n/k/a The Mill at Kings River), where they were responsible for all selling and marketing initiatives and implemented marketing strategies for new brand initiatives. In 2015, they were an Operations Program Manager (AdOps)- MBA Intern at Microsoft. Karen then returned to Microsoft in 2016 as an Operations Program Manager - Cloud Services, where they implemented compliant and audit ready processes for all enterprise cloud services account adjustments transacting $142M within the first 3 months and maintaining audit success rate of 100% each month. Karen also served as Operations lead in cross-functional GTM launches for all new sales motions. In 2020, they became Sr. Manager, Operations and Product Program Manager at Sigma Computing.

Karen Mesrobian obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management in 2016, with a focus in Product Management and Entrepreneurship/Innovation. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2012, with a focus in Philosophy and Political Science.
