Kyle Herold is a finance professional with a diverse skill set developed over a career in privately held, ESOP, and publicly traded companies, focusing on industrial manufacturing. With experience managing P&L responsibilities in the U.S. and Italy, Kyle has driven significant financial performance improvements and has been pivotal in a $1B exit to Idex Corporation after achieving 5x EBITDA growth. Currently serving as Principal of Data Applications at Sigma, Kyle has previously held key finance positions, including Corporate Finance Director at Mott Corporation and Vice President of Finance at Polamer Precision, Inc. Educated at The University of Connecticut, Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
