Lindsey Carlsen has a diverse work experience, starting from 2009 as a General Counselor, Assistant Unit Leader, and Unit Leader at Camps Kenwood & Evergreen. Later, they worked as an Advocacy Intern at Henrico Victim/Witness Assistance Program in 2013, and as a Paralegal Intern at Tentindo, Kendall, Canniff, & Keefe LLP from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Sales Associate, Inbound Sales Team at Cvent. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at CEB, now Gartner, as an Associate Analyst, Commercial Compensation, Analyst, Commercial Compensation, and Business Analyst, Sales and Marketing Solutions. In 2018, they joined Challenger as a Business Analyst, and later worked as a Senior Business Analyst in 2019. From 2019 to 2023, they worked at Tableau as a Customer Success Manager, Financial Services and as a Senior Success Manager, Healthcare & Life Sciences. Currently, they are working as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Sigma Computing.
Lindsey Carlsen earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Cum Laude degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the University of Richmond in the years 2010-2014. Lindsey also participated in a Fall Semester Abroad program at Queen Mary University of London in 2012.
