Megha Ananthakrishna

Megha Ananthakrishna has worked in the recruitment industry since 2015. Megha began their career as an IT Recruiter at Spire Systems in 2015. In 2016, they joined MatchPoint Solutions as a Recruiting Manager and Resource Manager. In 2019, they moved to Old Republic Home Protection as a Recruiting Manager and then to Bayside Solutions as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Currently, they work at Sigma Computing as a Talent Acquisition - Technical Recruiter, where they are responsible for delivering on the promise of self-service analytics and business intelligence (A&BI).

Megha Ananthakrishna has a diverse educational background. Megha obtained a Computer Science degree from MEI in 2004, followed by a Certified Office Ergonomics Evaluator from Humanscale in 2019. In 2021, they obtained certifications in CRP and AED from Adams Safety Training, Learning LinkedIn Recruiter from LinkedIn, AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) and Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter (ACIR) from AIRS powered by ADP. Prior to this, they attended St Michael’s English High School.
