Mihai Claudiu Toader

Mihai Claudiu Toader has a long and varied professional experience. In 2004, they began their career as a Software Engineer at PlutoHome. In 2005, they moved to S.C. Amazon Development Center Romania as a Software Developer. In 2007, they were promoted to Research & Development Manager at S.C. The Red Point SA. In 2010, they acted as CTO at Intelligentics and also worked as an Independent Contractor. That same year, they joined Midokura as a Senior Software Engineer, working on MidoNet and developing software in Java, Scala, and various scripting languages. In 2012, they joined Twitter as a Senior Software Engineer, and was promoted to Staff Engineer and then Manager of Software Engineering. In 2014, they moved to Google as a Manager of Site Reliability. In 2019, they joined Uber as a Senior Software Engineer II. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed Principal Software Engineer at Sigma Computing, where they work on self-service analytics and business intelligence.

Mihai Claudiu Toader attended Universitatea “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Computer Science.
