Software Engineer at Sigma Computing

Nicholas Chandler's work experience begins with their current position as a Software Engineer at Sigma Computing, which they started in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Blend from April 2020 to April 2022.

In 2018, Nicholas worked as a Server/Bartender at Duke's Seafood and Chowder and Poquito's Bothell from November 2018 to June 2019.

Nicholas also gained experience teaching undergraduate students on the use of physiological instruments in a classroom setting.

In addition, Nicholas served as the President of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity from December 2015 to December 2016. In this role, they acted as the figurehead of the house and led the executive board. Nicholas was responsible for reporting and meeting with the Alumni Association to communicate the chapter's progress and goals. Nicholas also worked closely with other executive board members to support their success and achieve the set goals.

Nicholas Chandler furthered their education by attending Hack Reactor in 2019, where they studied Computer Software Engineering. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Botany/Plant Biology at the University of Washington from 2013 to 2017. Before their undergraduate program, Nicholas also engaged in studies related to Plant Ecophysiology at the same institution.
