Nico Kennedy

Nico Kennedy has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as Regional Vice President at Sigma since July 2025. Prior to this role, Nico held the position of Regional Director, Enterprise Sales at MongoDB from January 2022 to July 2025. Additionally, Nico worked at BetterCloud as Director of Sales - Key Accounts and also served as a Strategic Account Manager from January 2019 to November 2021. Earlier career experience includes serving as Key Account Manager at thyssenkrupp Aerospace NA / TMX Aerospace from March 2015 to January 2019 and Manager of Strategic Sourcing and Commodity Management at Castle Metals from February 2014 to March 2015. Nico holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from UC Santa Barbara and a Green Belt Certificate in Six Sigma from California State University, Fullerton.
