Technical Instructor at Sigma Computing

Paul Lisborg has over 35 years of work experience in the software industry. Paul began their career in 1984 as a Software Programmer at Advanced Software, Inc., where they designed and implemented an orthodontic software package and managed a team of junior programmers. In 1989, they moved to Systems Solutions, Inc. as a Software Developer, where they designed, developed, and supported multi-user software products for dental, orthodontic, and medical clinics. Paul then taught as an Adjunct Instructor at West Central Technical College in 2002. From 2003 to 2013, they worked at Newnan Utilities as a Business Analyst, Marketing Coordinator, and Technical Support Representative. Paul then moved to Oldcastle in 2013, where they held the roles of Manager of Business Intelligence & Analytics and Business Analyst. In 2019, they joined Tableau as a Senior Principal Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager and is currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Sigma Computing since 2022.

Paul Lisborg obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Information Systems from Jacksonville State University between 1980 and 1984. Paul also holds several certifications from Tableau, including Tableau Certified Professional (obtained in August 2010), Tableau Desktop 6.1 Core Certification (obtained in October 2011), Tableau Desktop 7.0 Core Certification (obtained in November 2012), and Tableau Desktop Specialist (obtained in March 2022).
