Product Designer – Enterprise at Sigma Computing

Samantha Watts has a diverse and extensive work experience. Samantha currently works as a Product Designer for Sigma Computing since March 2021. Prior to this, Samantha worked with various clients through their own studio, Sam Watts Studio, starting from January 2016. During this time, they created an atomic design system for Cloudleaf and designed investment pitch decks, logos, branding, and HTML emails for different Bay Area startups.

From January 2017 to March 2021, Samantha worked at Elliptic Labs as a Product Designer and Product Manager. In this role, they managed the design cycle for various projects, including machine learning platforms, websites, and Android apps. Samantha also developed user testing protocols for touchless gesture experiences and collaborated with the engineering team to build them.

Before that, Samantha worked as a Visual Designer at Covisint from November 2015 to November 2016. Samantha focused on pushing the company's brand forward to align with their IoT security and Identity Management platform. Samantha also led UX and visual design for a corporate website redesign.

Prior to Covisint, Samantha worked as a Designer at Inmobi from August 2013 to October 2015. Samantha started their career as an Art Director and Design Editor (Contract) at The Phoenix from August 2012 to May 2013 and gained experience as a Graphic Design Intern at Roadtrip Nation from May 2012 to August 2012.

Samantha Watts completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General from Westmont College, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Los Alamitos High School, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period. In addition to their formal education, Samantha obtained certifications in AI for Everyone from Coursera in July 2019 and in UX Design from SlideRule in August 2015.
