Monique Smit

Monique Smit is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of People & Talent at Sigma Connected Group since February 2020, where leadership spans the People, Talent, and Onboarding teams across international locations in South Africa. Prior roles include Head of People, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist at TMS International Corporation from July 2018 to February 2020, as well as Human Resources Officer at SPAR from February 2015 to June 2018. Monique Smit holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from the University of South Africa, earned between 2011 and 2013.
