Ryan Kolbe is currently the Quality Team Manager at Sigma Connected, where they leverage their extensive experience in the BPO sector to drive quality and compliance initiatives. Previously, Ryan held various roles at CX-International, including Quality Coaching Team Leader and Quality & Compliance Deputy Team Lead. Ryan has also contributed as a Deputy Team Lead at Webhelp and has built a robust skill set in quality assurance throughout their career. They are dedicated to delivering exceptional results while fostering collaboration and continuous learning within the industry. Ryan continues their education at Garlandale Secondary School, where they are pursuing their matriculation.
