Seán Gray

Seán Gray is an experienced consultant currently employed at Sigma Embedded Engineering since October 2022. Prior to this role, Seán worked as an Autonomous Truck Function Developer at Volvo Trucks from December 2023 to June 2024. Seán also served as a CI/CD Software Engineer at Zenseact, optimizing the CI/CD workflow from October 2022 to December 2023. Seán's academic background includes a PhD in Theoretical Physics from Friedrich Schiller University Jena, which was completed in 2022, as well as an MSc and BSc in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Uppsala University obtained in 2017 and 2014, respectively. During the doctoral studies, Seán focused on symmetry and symmetry breaking in physical systems, with additional teaching experience as a Research Assistant. Previous work experience includes a traineeship at KU Leuven and part-time employment as a Grocery Clerk while pursuing BSc studies.
