Sigma Kappa Constructions is a specialized construction company based in Athens, dedicated exclusively to structural reinforcements and the structural restoration of buildings. We serve as the strategic partner of choice for architectural firms, engineering offices, and main contractors, safely and accurately executing the most technically complex phases of their projects.

Our on-site expertise encompasses the flawless execution of structural designs using specialized methods such as shotcrete (gunite), resin and cement injections, and the installation of steel jackets. We are highly experienced in the demanding restoration of heritage and listed properties, expertly managing sensitive load-bearing systems like traditional masonry and timber frames. Whether executing complex foundation underpinning, upgrading basement structures, or navigating strict supervisory requirements alongside authorities such as the Archaeological Service, we ensure the utmost protection of the site and existing interior aesthetics.

We recognize that proper structural reinforcement is the non-negotiable foundation for the success of any major renovation or change of use. By providing our partners with the certainty of precise on-site execution and strict adherence to schedules and engineering specifications, we allow them to focus entirely on architectural design and bringing their vision to life.
