Ryan Betts

Ryan Betts is a sophomore studying Finance with a minor in Business Analytics at the University of Delaware's Lerner College of Business. They have taken on leadership roles, currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Sigma Phi Epsilon, where they focus on fostering an inclusive environment. Ryan has also held positions as a Childcare Provider at The Edge Fitness Clubs and an Assistant Manager at Skyline Swim Club, demonstrating their strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork. They are passionate about entrepreneurial studies and are dedicated to solving real-world business challenges.
