Will Proctor has a diverse work experience. In 2018, they worked as a Professional Fundraiser at Ruffalo Noel Levitz, where they focused on securing donations for the Florida State University Foundation. Here, they developed skills in building rapport and instilling confidence in donors. In 2019, they served as Vice President of Recruitment at Sigma Phi Epsilon, taking charge of recruitment initiatives. Additionally, they worked as an OPS Employee at the Florida State Capitol, where they served as a legislative intern in a senator's office. In this role, they were responsible for managing committee agendas, tracking bill progress, making copies, and writing committee letters.
Will Proctor attended Newsome High School from 2013 to 2017. Will then proceeded to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Risk Management and Insurance at Florida State University from 2017 to 2021.

The story of its founding by 12 determined men set the stage for the growth and success of one of the country’s premier fraternal organizations. The history of the Fraternity reflects the times, through great wars and profound cultural shifts. Throughout the decades, the men of Sigma Phi Epsilon have practiced their values and embraced the stated desire of the Founders, “This Fraternity will be different.”
