Clay Taylor

Clay Taylor is a highly experienced program manager and project manager with a career spanning over three decades in various engineering and technical roles. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Sigma Science, Inc. since August 2023, Taylor has a diverse background that includes leadership positions in organizations such as Luke Williams & Associates and Merrick & Company. Taylor has successfully managed significant projects, including the Prototype Reactor Decommissioning Project and the $200M Molybdenum-99 Medical Isotope Production Facility. Notable prior roles include QA Manager at Arkel International, where support was provided for manufacturing portable secure living quarters in Afghanistan, and Project Lead at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where implementation of the DOE Weapons Quality Policy was managed for 700 full-time equivalents. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering from The Ohio State University.
