Amelia Mathison has over 20 years of experience in various HR roles. Amelia most recently worked at Sigmatech as the Human Resources Director, responsible for managing corporate talent acquisition. Prior to that, they were an HR Manager at Canvas, Inc., where they planned and directed hiring strategies for a small government contractor. Amelia has also worked as a self-employed HR Consultant and held various HR positions at Aetos Systems, Inc., L-3 Communications, SAIC, AEgis Technologies, and Bastion Technologies. In these roles, they have gained experience in full life-cycle recruiting, employee relations, policy development, training, and benefits administration.
