John Neil

John Neil serves as the Vice President of Security Cooperation at Sigmatech since August 2021, focusing on Security Cooperation and Security Assistance Programs as a Capture Manager. Prior to this role, John Neil held the position of Director of Foreign Military Sales at the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command from January 2013 to October 2021, and also served as the Director of the Performance & Process Management Office. John Neil received a Master of Arts in Management from Webster University in 1999 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 1989.
