With extensive experience in training strategy and talent development, they lead initiatives that integrate advanced educational technologies, impacting over 14,000 students annually. Prior to joining Sigmatech in 2017, Mark held key roles at the United States Air Force and Advanced Space Operations School, where they developed curricula and managed operational programs. Mark earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Liberty University and is currently a member of the Professional Advisory Committee at Full Sail University.
