“Enablement through training” is our story.

Since 2013, we’ve partnered with South African organisations to deliver QCTO and SETA-accredited learnerships, skills programmes and workplace-based training. Our work supports employed and unemployed learners, including people living with disabilities, and is shaped by a simple question: does
this training help someone succeed at work?

As a Level 2 Black-owned B-BBEE training provider, our mission is to help turn Skills Development into value, strengthening scorecards while building work-ready capability and employment opportunities.

Our delivery happens where learners are. From campuses in Randburg, Pinetown, and Bellville to workplace-based, mobile, and blended learning models, we support learners across all provinces, including areas with limited access to training.

To date, more than 12,705 learners have completed accredited programmes with us, moving from training into roles across a range of industries. Behind each number is a person better prepared for the demands of work than when they started.

We work with HR and Learning &amp; Development leaders, Skills Development Facilitators, Transformation, B-BBEE and ESG teams, Enterprise and Supplier Development, and CSI units, as well as sector bodies and NGOs focused on youth and disability employment.
