Thomas Hoffmann is a seasoned professional in enterprise transformation and agile methodologies, currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Contino since October 2021, while also holding the title of Senior Consultant and Agile Coach. Prior experience includes three years as a Senior Scrum Master at Transport for London and a decade as an Agile Coach and Technology Consultant for various companies including Infineon, BMW, and Cognizant. Earlier in their career, Thomas worked as a Development Consultant at KIZOO and as a Lead Web Developer at WEB.DE. Thomas holds a Diploma in Computer Science, Digital Media from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, complemented by practical experience gained through internships and web development roles.
