Phil Fleming

Phil Fleming is a Senior Technologist at Signal Processing Technologies since October 2022 and the founder of Ann Arbor Analytics, LLC, serving as a Wireless Networking Technology Consultant since January 2020, focusing on advanced mathematics, statistics, and machine learning in wireless network engineering. Prior to this, Phil held roles as a Senior Technology Advisor at Nokia Bell Labs and a Senior Technology Advisor for AI-ML, where opportunities for research and collaboration in telecommunications were pursued. Phil's extensive experience includes serving as CTO of North America at Nokia and leading advanced technology teams at Motorola Solutions, where innovative solutions in packet scheduling and radio technology were developed. Phil Fleming holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Michigan, and was awarded the Dan Noble Fellow Award in 2007.
