Signal is the operating system for new homes sales.

The new homes process runs on relationships — and a mountain of admin behind them. Enquiries to answer, viewings to book, feedback to chase, interested-party lists to keep warm, developers to update, solicitors to push from sale-agreed to completion. Almost all of it still lands on people. Signal takes it on — from first enquiry to keys in hand.

Signal answers every enquiry the moment it lands and qualifies every buyer through instant, concierge-like communication — the always-on, 24/7 attentiveness no human team can sustain across a whole development. It collects viewing feedback, keeps the interested-parties list live, and turns it all into clear intelligence on who's ready to move and why.

Once a sale is agreed, Signal carries it through. Our sales-progression agents drive the conveyancing the same way — proactive, around the clock — chasing solicitors, lenders and every party in the chain, flagging deals at risk before they stall, and keeping buyer, agent and developer updated automatically. The back-and-forth that drags a sale out for months is handled in the background.

For the developer, that means up-to-the-second reporting on the whole development — enquiries, viewings, feedback, demand, sales velocity and live progression on every plot — without anyone stopping to pull it together.

The result: up to 70% of today's manual admin, gone. Time handed back to your team to do what they do best — selling, and looking after clients.

And because every conversation is captured and connected, nothing and no one is ever forgotten. Each interaction compounds on the last, the picture only getting sharper over time.

Signal is buyer intelligence, end-to-end transaction management and tireless admin in one — the operating system the new homes process has been missing.
