Thanh Reichen

Thanh Reichen has a diverse work experience spanning over more than two decades. Thanh currently holds the position of CIO at SIGNAL AG, starting from March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at GS1 Switzerland, where they served as Head of IT from January 2017 to March 2021 and as a Senior Consultant for the GS1 System from June 2009 to January 2017. Additionally, Thanh Reichen worked at IXYS CH GmbH as an Office Manager/Customer Service Manager from February 2006 to January 2009, at PLIM Cooperation AG as a Project Manager from December 2004 to February 2006, at SAMSYS SA as a Member of the Board of Directors and Customer Service Manager/AS 400 Administrator from July 2004 to November 2004, and as a Customer Service Manager and AS 400 Administrator from October 1999 to July 2004. Thanh also gained experience as a CNC machine programmer at Ceratizit, Cerametal Groupe from April 1999 to September 1999.

Thanh Reichen has a diverse education history. From 1992 to 1997, they completed their Basic Vocational Education in Micromechanics, earning an Advanced Federal Certificate. During the same period, they also obtained a Professional Baccalaureate, specializing in general qualification for university of applied sciences entrance (BM). In 2001-2002, they pursued a Second Vocational Training in PC and Networks, earning a PC/LAN Supporter SIZ certificate from Mtf (ISCED 4B). In 2003-2004, they furthered their vocational training by obtaining a Marketing Planner certificate from SAWI (ISCED 4B). In 2004-2007, they completed their Professional Bachelor ODEC in economic engineering at sfb Ittigen (ISCED 5B). In 2009, Thanh Reichen pursued training in PRINCE2, earning certificates in both PRINCE2 Foundation Examination and PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner from Profeo. Finally, in 2015-2017, they obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA FH) in Business Engineering from Private Hochschule Wirtschaft PHW Bern.
