Vikas Kumar

Vikas Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Vikas started their career in 2005 as a Software Developer at Kanobe and later worked as an Assistant Manager at iCallGlobe. In 2008, they joined VTLS as an Asterisk Development Engineer and then moved to vCustomer as a Telephony Specialist, where they worked on developing a distributed host call-center solution.

In 2009, Vikas joined Transcom Telecommunications as a Senior Unix Administrator. Vikas then transitioned to Gventure Technology Pvt Ltd in 2010, where they served as a Founding Executive Director. At Gventure, they provided solutions for call centers and long-distance call termination, including call testing, multi-tenant PBX, inbound and outbound call center solutions, voice broadcasting, and bandwidth optimization for VoIP calls.

In 2012, Vikas became a Founding Executive Director at Gventure Communication Limited, where they were involved in business analysis, customer management, supplier management, traffic analysis, and team leadership. Vikas also obtained a telecom operator license in Hong Kong and established business relationships with carriers in various countries.

In 2020, Vikas took on the role of Chief Technology Officer at Ninja Dialer and became the President of Gventure USA LLC. Under their leadership, Gventure USA LLC experienced significant growth, increasing its business from 50K USD per year to 700K USD per year. Additionally, they joined Signalmash in 2021 as a Project Manager, contributing to the development of their Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) software.

Vikas Kumar completed their 12th grade education from Kendriya Vidyalaya between 1988 and 1999, where they pursued the SSC field of study. Subsequently, they attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee from 2001 to 2005, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical and Material Science.
