Walter Chamblee

Walter is a results-oriented #fintech and #cybersecurity leader. He has a knack for designing and managing complex IT systems while leveraging the cloud. As Director of Information Technology, Walter is responsible for the integrity of SignatureFD’s technology infrastructure. He works closely with the leadership team to craft and implements the strategic technology plan. As a hands-on team player involved in all layers of Information Technology, Walter configures workstations and servers, as well as designs and implements cybersecurity plans that mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.

Prior to joining SignatureFD, Walter worked as a programmer at NASA and a network engineer at Frazier and Deeter. He holds both a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Morehouse College and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Walter is an active member of Mt. Paran Church, the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), and the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE).
